They are looking to hire a Tax Manager to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance, with a proven track record of managing tax processes and optimizing tax strategies.Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
- Prepare and review tax provisions and financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage indirect tax compliance and optimize tax efficiencies.
- Conduct transfer pricing analyses and ensure compliance with arm\'s length principles.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of e-invoicing systems and platforms.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a manufacturing environment or Big 4.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Execellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals and stakeholders.
