DAILY TASK

Coordinating the entire operations of the Total Chemical and Gas Management (TCGM). Conducting the daily toolbox meeting (TBM) with internal team. Preparing the reports and attending the daily, weekly, and monthly meeting with clients. Monitoring the daily activities of the TCGM and maintenance technicians. Ensuring all chemical distribution and gas distribution system is on continuously supplying. Follow up the consumable's items ordering with site admin and monitoring the cost of purchasing. Assisting and executing chemical charge-in activities, chemical flushing activities, gas charge-in and gas purging activities. Monitoring the PPE inventory and ensuring minimum stock is available onsite. Monitoring the consumables items tracking and usage. Ensuring to maintain a good 5s at chemical room, chemical storage, gas room, gas pud, bulk chemical and TCGM control room. Maintaining all tools or equipment for chemical sampling, analysing, or testing are in good order and tip top condition. Conducting the operation training for the staff Monitoring and maintaining good preventive maintenance. Prepared monthly service report and weekly report. Provide technical and theory training. Coordinating, planning and problem-solving abilities. Becoming a Safety Supervisor/Officer in team. Monitoring, planning, controlling, and executing the schedule & non-schedule maintenance, spare part for all systems. Technical supports to other site operation and project. Maintaining all chemical distribution systems and Gas supply systems as per Preventive Maintenance schedule agreed with customer. To report any abnormalities to Site Manager and Clients. To create a good relationship between internal and external team members as well as client. Collaborates and works closely with the staff in the various departments to ensure Quality Management targets are achieved. To maintain a proper documentations & data control system according to ISO 9001 requirements. To support clients and CIP programmed. Require to 24/7 on-call and standby on weekend if needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining day to day operation to move smoothly. To update daily TCGM routine activities to customer. To update non-routine activity in weekly basis to customer. To update Preventive Maintenance, Ad-hoc activity to customer in monthly basis. Meeting job requirements. To set prospective goals, plan for career development, and to encourage discussion between the employee and manager in order to promote optimum performance. To ensure that injury-free environment by maintaining zero accident, zero incident and zero environmental accident. To fulfil customer's needs and satisfaction through Key Performance Indicator Program administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements. Provide support to departmental operations. Backup for Site Manager work task. To maintain 100% KPI for each month. Provided leadership supports in maintaining on-site bulk chemical supply, chemical distribution and control system engineering supports to client's operations department. To keep promoting the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organizational. To keep on promoting the awareness of Quality Management System throughout the organization. Developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures of Chemical and Gas Management. To guide and seek areas of improvement for the Quality Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Posses' minimum a Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Others with at least 3-5 years' experience in related working experience in Chemical System, Gas System, CDA and HWM

The Engineer must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Etc. Preparation of service report and documentations. Kinetics Business - product and services. Chemical systems, gas System Electrical, Mechanical, instrument, electronic and environmental health, and safety. Quality Assurance Quality Checked (QAQC), commissioning, start up, and shut down of the system. Conduct internal and external training on gas, chemical, and EHS. Familiar with Emergency Response Team (ERT) responsibilities. Attended safety training in approved government agency such as NIOSH is an added advantage. Knowledge in 8D report presentation, FMECA, Risk Assessment, HIRAC, Near-miss report, Facility Incident Report (FIR), Method of Statement (MOS) and Continuous Improvement Program (CIP). Familiar with ISO14001 and ISO9001:2008 auditing and certification process. Attended professional training on Chemical System handling with professional and recognised organizations. Knowledge in SCADA system and LSS system.

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day)/ 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day) / 3.0 (Rest Day on PH)

Contribution of EPF, Socso & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
