I. DAILY TASK

• Ensuring all chemical distribution spec gas system in on continuously supply.
• Monitoring all operations for Chemical and Gas Distribution Systems.
• Maintaining all Chemical and Gas Distribution system as per Preventive Maintenance scheduled agreed.
• Complying with all company rules and regulations including all safety guidelines as well as customer\xe2\x80\x99s regulations as per Key Performance Indicators (KPI) stated.
• Order chemical according to the consumption and stock onsite to client.
• Safe handling of receiving activities of chemical and gas deliveries from warehouse.
• Hook-Up and Un-Hook, chemical drum to and from Chemical Dispense Unit.
• Gas cylinder, Y-Tonner and tube trailer changeout to and from spec gas system.
• Assisting chemical and gas charge-in activities for all related Chemical Distribution Units, Chemical Valve Boxes, Valve Manifold Boxes and tools.
• Ensuring sufficient onsite stock for all online chemicals and gases by updating and monitoring chemical and gas consumption reports.
• Maintaining good housekeeping at Chemical room, Spec gas room, Gas yard, as well as TCGM control room.
• Maintaining all tools or equipment for chemical sampling, analysis or testing are in good order and tip top condition.
• Actively involved in PM activities and any ad-hoc tasks or activity if any.
• Assisting customer\xe2\x80\x99s Emergency Response Team (ERT) during any chemical or gas leakage and chemical spillage.
• Monitoring of SCADA and basic troubleshooting response to alarm.
• Perform routine checks and monitoring of systems.
• Comply to Site safety protocol, work procedures SOPs.
• Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES The TCGM Technician is responsible for: -

• Maintaining day to day operation to move smoothly.
• To update daily TCGM routine activities via Daily Log to TCGM Coordinator/Engineer/ Executive.
• To inform and report any system shut down, system failure and abnormalities to TCGM Operation Engineer, TCGM Coordinator, Executive and System Owner respectively.
• Meeting job requirement.
• To ensure 5s and housekeeping is well maintained on-site during working hour.
• To ensure that injury free environment by maintaining zero incident, zero accidents and zero environment accidents during on-site activity.
• To fulfil customer\xe2\x80\x99s need and satisfaction through Key Performance Indicators Program, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and provide support to operations.
• Ensure all reports, checklist and inventory updated accordingly for records purposes.
• To monitor, follow up, and perform troubleshooting at Gas and Chemical Systems.
• To assist the company and client during system failure, power failures or any other abnormalities.

III. QUALIFICATIONS Posses\xe2\x80\x99 minimum a Certificate/Diploma in Engineering/Others with at least 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experiences in field related to

• Electrical, Instruments, Mechanical and Chemical.
• Familiar with Bulk & Specialty Gas, Chemical Management system is prefarable.
• Familiar with Emergency Response Team (ERT) is an added advantage.
• Experience in Operating Pallet jack.
• Adapt to PC skills and its application such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.
• Knowledge about Kinetics Systems business and services.

Working hours: Shift Pattern (Day & Night) One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time. Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day)/ 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day) / 3.0 (Rest Day on PH) Contribution of EPF, Socso & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.
