Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate on establishing and implementing revenue targets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market dynamics. 2.Support office staff in maintaining efficient patient scheduling, ensuring timely coordination of appointments with assigned doctors, and adhering to schedules. 3.Oversee daily operations, enhancing patient experience, managing appointment scheduling across physical and digital platforms, facilitating registration, check-in/check-out processes, managing collections, handling referrals, and executing administrative duties as needed. 4.Assist in staff selection, hiring, and conducting performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment conducive to growth and success. 5.Collaborate with marketing agents to manage the company\'s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content for the target audience. 6.Conceptualize, create, and distribute diverse content formats effectively conveying the organization\'s message to the public and potential customers. 7.Serve as a spokesperson, effectively communicating with stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Requirement -A diploma or bachelor\'s degree in business administration, or equivalent qualification preferred. -Prefer 1-5 years demonstrable of experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar -Extensive experience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports. -In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies. -Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
