Assist in organising and tidying up the kitchen and common areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and disposing of waste. Monitor and manage inventory levels of snacks and beverages, and other pantry supplies, ensuring timely replenishment. Greet employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and addressing any queries or concerns related to the beverage services. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Assist with other administrative tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. SPM/PMR or certificate of related-field, or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality-related position is preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
