Team Lead - Insurance Operations Role Lead and manage a team of insurance operations professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service Monitor operational performance and identify areas of improvement or corrective actions Manage and resolve escalated issues or complaints from clients Manages and leads a team of insurance operations professionals Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures Develops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency Provides guidance and support to team members Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence Monitors operational performance and identifies areas of improvement Manages and resolves escalated issues or complaints from clients Performs other duties as assigned Insurance Operations Role Team Leading experience is must, should lead small team of 5-20 people Conduct fact finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements Deliver excellent service to all customers Handle customers\' queries and feedback Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation and payment Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purpose Requirements Strong knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations Proven experience in managing and leading a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
