About The Job Team Lead (Merchant Success)Want to be part of the fastest growing startup that is at the intersection of Retail, Fintech and Data?Qashier is looking for an amazing Team Lead (Merchant Success) to support our growth!We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.We are looking for passionate individuals that can spearhead the growth of the company by leading a passionate Merchant Success team through optimizing revenue growth and retention with our existing merchants. If you have knowledge and/or keen interest in the area of point of sale, payment systems, account management and B2B sales, this role might be for you.Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for total Merchant Success team goals. You will be the key driver in developing action plans towards achieving/exceeding the overall team\'s monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Oversee and manage a team of Merchant Success Executives. You will be tasked to set clear objectives, monitor progress and identify gaps with clear plans to improve the team\'s competency
• Form and collaborate closely with other other functions (business development, marketing, operations, finance etc) to increase retention of merchants whilst reducing churn
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to unlock opportunities to retain with renewal/upsell/cross sell and drive payment adoption rate amongst existing POS merchants

What we look for in a candidate..

• 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales/merchant acquiring/business development. Experience in point of sale and payment systems and/or retail/F&B operations is a plus
• Experience in leading and managing account/relationship management teams
• Proven ability in strategies to retain/upsell/cross sell merchants
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Strong sense of ownership and results driven
• Passionate about technology, payments in the F&B/retail space
