Open Position: Team Lead, Network Operations (Reputable Company)
A Reputable Company is looking for Team Lead, Network Operations to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key requirements include:
- Good experience in leading a Network Operations team both technically and functionally with networking architecture designing
- Lead the Network team covering daily operations including diagnose, investigate and troubleshooting issues problems reported by the users
- Manage network projects and provides network design options in multi-platform, multi-protocol environments
- Proactively performing infrastructure analysis, capacity planning, firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security for the entire organisation
- Must have strong experience in full network, installation, configuration, diagnosis and problem resolution
- Strong knowledge in Ariba / Checkpoint / Cisco / Juniper with Professional Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCDA, JNCP and etc will be an added advantage
- Good people management and stakeholder management skills
