Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: Leads low complexity projects and supports medium to high complexity projects when required, meeting and exceeding the key performance indicators defined Performs data investigation on diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical output during the course of research projects Participates in the development of new business proposals and assists on other on-going project work Oversees and reviews the work of Analysts, helping to train and develop them Delivers to customer / business requirements, adhering to quality metrics set and performs analysis leveraging understanding of financial content, languages, customers, and the Financial Markets and industry. Leads in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues Understands, documents and communicates End to End data flows for relevant content from source to product Implements process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent Moderate experience in Languages and/ or Financial Markets or industry expertise.
