Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably those who have experience from hypermarket or supermarket (retail background).
Passionate, aggressive, positive mind set, presentable, strong negotiation skill and well-groomed are some of the key points for those candidate to be hired for this position.
Willingness to work on shift, weekends and public holiday.
Passionate, aggressive and hardworking attitude are need for this position.
Well command in Bahasa Malaysia or English.

Responsibilities

Must be willing to be allocated under suitable departments within the Shopping Centre Operation or Store Operation e.g. Credit Control, Promotion, Customer Care, Facility Management, Car Park, Housekeeping, Foodline, Sofline or Hardline
To carry out all task /portfolio given accordingly with accuracy and within time line given.
Report directly to the Head of Department for any matters related to daily job.
Must be well organized in handling documents and detailed in managing all paperworks.
To deal with suppliers, communicating with other departments that related to job and refer to the Head of Department of any matters occur in order to get advice or guidance.
To take charge for merchandise/ other department assigned by management.
To update stock and do ordering for every item shortages within the department (merchandise).
To ensure the item placement is well organized in the selling area.
To manage and supervise the work progression of the staff under supervision in aspect of attendance, attitude and discipline.
To plan the duty roster for staff and do backup plan for any shortages of manpower.
To update any progress or issue to immediate superior (Department Division Leader).
