Data Processing work related to the logistic field: search, analyst, audit input, as well as reporting management.
Email communication and liaise with customers and vendors.
Ensure discrepancies are escalated for prompt resolution.
Perform administrative and documentation functions.
Continuously improve on the existing business process.
Coordinate with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
Oversee the smooth running of day to day operation
To ensure teams follow SOP and investigate non compliance.
Assist with any other assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

Supervising employees during day-to-day tasks
Minimum 5 years working experience in Shipping/Supply chains/ Logistics Related field.
Preferable candidate with managerial experience - supervisory/ leadership/ team management capacity.
Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
Completing tasks assigned accurately and efficiently.
Assist with any other assignments as and when required.
