Job Description

Performing daily opening and closing of the outlet

Strive to ensure prompt service in courteous and accurate manner

Assists servers and hosts whenever required by attentively serving food and Beverage drink including alcohol and non-alcoholic drink

Initiate aggressive guest interaction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests.

Performing cashier duties in the absence of the cashier or as assigned

Conducting daily / weekly & monthly stock inventories for cutleries, crockeries, glassware, linens and other disposable items

Ensure proper maintenance and monitoring of all company assets

Ensure cleanliness of all cutleries / crockeries and glassware at the bar

Ensure proper handover on follow up/ pending items to personnel of next shift

Liaison with other sections / outlets on food & beverage orders

Act as an ambassador to outlet according to the standards set by the company

Strive to establish and build rapport with customers and familiarizing with regulars to identify individual preference of food & beverage

Attending to guest requests, complaints and feedback

To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions

Gain an understanding of on all food and beverage menu offerings with emphasis on dietary restrictions and special requests.

Understanding customer demands, be proactive and strive to upsell all food & beverage items in accordance to demands of the customer

Welcome and greets customers in an appropriate tone of voice, gesture, eye contact and body language

Continuously strive to obtain knowledge of food and beverage pairing to be able to introduce types of beverage to match the food orders by customers

Ensures that outlet strictly comply with International Food Safety and Hygiene standards, as well as standards set by the Malaysian Food act and as per company policies

Have a complete understanding to the operational Do's and Don'ts and Occupational Safety and Health standards

Report any spoilage, pilferage and theft to the management immediately

Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Direct Superiors

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
