Job Description
- 2-3 years of working experience as Courier Driver / Line Haul Driver / Team Leader / Supervisor in manufacturing/ Logistics. Experience in the courier service Industry is a plus.
- Working experience as a backup lorry driver or line haul driver (SP-Subang/SP-JB) is a plus.
- Candidates must hold a GDL license, either Class D or Class E.
- Leadership and supervision.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to work changes and tight deadlines.
- Results-driven with a team-oriented approach.
- You are responsible for managing logistics operations team (courier personnel - lorry driver / line haul driver) and ensure on time deliveries.
- Backup lorry driver (Northern areas) or line haul driver (SP-Subang/SP-JB) whenever necessary. (Example whenever driver MC or on leave)
- Basic salary + Allowances + Incentive
