Job Description

1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities (guest rooms, public areas, kitchen, laundry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Carry out repair works for electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, carpentry, and mechanical equipment. Monitor utility systems (water, electricity, gas) and report any irregularities. To report unsafe conditions, hazards or faulty equipments immediately Provide feedback to superior on recurring issues or equipment replacement needs.

2. Guest Support & Service

Respond promptly to maintenance requests/complaints from guests and staff. Ensure minimal disruption to guest comfort while performing repair works. Maintain professional and courteous communication with guests and colleagues.

3. Record-Keeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of repair works and maintenance logs. Assist in monitoring inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
