Team Leader

Manufacturing for the cable industry Ensure all work orders are efficiently and correctly distributed to technician according to their competency level. Ensure productivity, efficiency, and utilization are achieved according to the target set. Avoid unproductive working hours. Organize and control the team to achieve the best service quality and execute all jobs according to the order-repairs that have gone through technical work. Initiate and carry out the shooting process to support the team and the manager in handling customer complaints. Review the time analysis report and take corrective steps. Initial all technician reports after job completion.

Responsibe

Degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical discipline Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex robot-related issues Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest robot technologies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
