Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Leader at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks, managing and motivating team members, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating operations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. The Team Leader will also be responsible for reporting to higher management and implementing hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the hospitality industry or Fresh Graduate Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
