Should have knowledge of the order placement of the Investment products with the respective counterparties 3. Should have knowledge in settlement of the transactions in the custodian systems 4. Should have basic knowledge on the movement of funds in Nostro, Sundry, Suspense accounts 5. Should have understanding of the reconciliation of the Stock, Trade, Position with that of custodian books 6. Should have knowledge of the Corporate action related processes for Investment products including Pre & Post payment reconciliations. 7. Should have knowledge on managing Market/Counterparty claim processing 8. Should have excellent experience in Wealth Management transaction processing System. 9. Should Train the team members whenever there is process change 10. Should have excellent knowledge on MS Excel 11. Inform the manager in case of any backlog and should have a plan for clearing the same. 12. Should be able to process all transactions with the specified TAT as per SLA. 13. Should be able to handle the front end calls and queries and solve without any further escalation 14. Should be able to perform EOD reconciliation between the Instructions received and instructions processed and provide an update on the same. 15. Should be able to provide process improvement plans and track it for closure 16. Should be able to understand the risk associated with the process and should build controls around the same 17. Should be willing to involve in all System & DR testing associated with the process 18. Should be able to cross train in atleast one process and be able to clock atleast 5% volume in the cross trained process month on month.
