Job Description

Team Lead (Korean Speaker)

Shift time: 9am to 6pm

Work location: KL

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience managing online advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Mobile) for clients.
  • Deep knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and/or Cost Per Acquisition) will be a significant added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Korean Language + C1 Level English) with top tier Multitasking and Analytical skills
  • Exemplary Problem Solving and Analytical Aptitude.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail, proactively communicate issues and seek inputs for remediation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosis skills, proficient in excel skills (VLOOKUP's, string functions, logical functions & pivot tables)
  • Ability to independently undertake root cause analysis, understand cause and effect relationships, determine trends in data and generate useful insights.
Responsibilities
  • This position is part of a team responsible for Ad creation & modification. It requires great customer service skills and associates should be able to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with Account Managers, Advertisers, Creative Agencies, Publishers, Postproduction Developers, Quality Assurance Specialists and Live Issue Support Specialists.
  • Performs quality audit, provides constructive feedback to team members, deep dive into errors, perform RCA, report preventive and corrective actions and carry out deep dives for process improvement
  • Communicate effectively through chat, email and occasionally voice with account managers, advertisers, creative agencies and publishers to address issues in a timely manner
  • Understanding client requirements and accurate implementing them with stringent quality parameters
  • Coach and mentor agents on error reduction techniques, provide case level feedback
  • Understand best practices, propagate
