Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Mass Communication or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years in Contact Centre operations experiences is required.
Leadership characteristic and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skill and able to work under pressure.

To coach and develop team members and provides ongoing feedback and improvements.
To monitor the Customer Care Unit to ensure the inbound calls are being attended in order to improve the Service Level.
Manage, review and take corrective action as per PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) cycle with respect to the performance and operation of the Section.
Train & supervise subordinate in multitasking operation & flexible working hours/days.
Report on operations performance in daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Identify operation constraint & possible action plan.
Feedback/Complaint & request management.
Handling server room and liaising with various groups of people (TM personnel, vendor and etc).
Evaluation and ensuring effectiveness of training program among the team member.
