JOB PURPOSESupporting Section head in planning, implementing, and coordinating all supports needed in business channels with the objective of continuously growth in the Bank\'s business portfolio.A) Owner of the Lead Management System, which covers the below responsibilities: -
i.Responsible to launch the Lead Management System to all branches, to intro and to make sure everyone at the ground is familiar with the system.
ii. Responsible in giving training to all branches / salespeople on Lead Management System end to end.
iii. Responsible in extracting leads from Agrobank\'s Corporate website or from any other resources and pump in the data into the LMS system.
iv. To do a quarterly engagement with branches in terms of any initiatives or staff campaign to encourage the utilization of LMS in the long run.B) To assist Section Head in any Business Supports Initiatives, such as monitoring branches performances with action plans execution.
C) Maintaining marketing calendar by working closely with Marketing Communication Division as well as Regional Offices marketing activities to make sure everyone is in sync.
D) Responsible to report on activities and program done by business through internal news and buletinSCORECARD DIMENSIONFinancial Perspectivea) To assist business in improving financial result for the following portfolio:

d) Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
e) Collaborate with other teams to integrate findings into broader business strategy.
