Job Responsibilities To manage a portfolio of commercial banking client relationships Provide leadership, direction and guidance to a team of Account Relationship Managers (ARM), ensuring their productivity, motivation and development Monitor and evaluate team member\'s performance and providing constructive feedback/ support To understand each client\'s financial needs/issue/agenda originating and assisting in the execution of innovative deal solutions with and through UOB team partners. To build client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as \'The Trusted Banker to call\' who delivers high quality service, and consistently exceeds clients expectations. To identify new opportunities to up-tier the client relationship in breadth and depth through clients\' changing needs and where applicable, to introduce and deliver UOB\'s strategic product capabilities. Job Requirements Possess a recognized degree and a minimum of 8 years of related working experience. Possess leadership and team management experience Independent, reliable and meticulous in work approach Fluent spoken and written English. Good analytical skills in financial accounts and well-versed in cash flow analysis, independent, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.
