Introduction:

Chateraise is a Japanese cake shop, we have over 650 outlets in Japan and over 120 outlets around the world. We are the No, 1 Cakeshop in Japan.

All of our products come from Japan and, are made with carefully selected ingredients.

We are looking for Full Timer Staff for Ipoh Parade outlet. You can get not only Japanese product knowledge but also Japanese service and management skills.

Duties:

• Responsible for providing outstanding customer service that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
• Checks to ensure that all display cakes are attractive as per quality standards.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price bakery products for sale.
• Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation of product.
• Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking products.
• Keeps display equipment, floors, and counters clean and free of debris.
• Cleans equipment thoroughly and promptly as necessary or assigned.
• Cleans work station thoroughly before leaving area for other assignment or going home.
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
• Maintain and monitor the use of temperature, production, spoilage, and department transfer logs.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.

• RM 1,700\xef\xbd\x9eRM 2,100/ Month++ Additional Allowance.
• Allowance is after the probation term and depends on your performance.

• Welcome you who do not have experience.
• We have Training.

• Malaysian.
• English or Japanese.
