Description


Primary Objective:
  • Responsible to support project management and able to provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
  • Responsible in managing administrative work related to CCRIS reporting and extend support for CCRIS services in UAT & production.
  • Responsible for User ID management for FLASH & CDE system
  • Responsible for team?s share folder as Share Folder Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
  • Planning, monitoring and executing assigned project within project scope & timeline
  • Managing risk/issues throughout the project
  • Managing project?s stakeholder to ensure effective collaboration
  • Managing cost, resources and procurement process
  • Managing communication strategy & change management process
  • Managing all project?s artifacts/documents
  • Continuous process/system improvement - Identify, review and propose possible process/system improvement within PCM/CSS/RCSP/GCB


  • CCRIS Management
  • Managing CCRIS reporting to ensure accurate reporting being submitted within SLA
  • Perform investigation related to CCRIS production issue as CCRIS support services
  • Managing Change Request for B2B as per BNM spec upon requirement from CCRIS team
  • Perform UAT & PIV activity within assigned SLA for FLASH & B2B deployment
  • Monitoring B2B system performance & implement mitigation process


  • FLASH/CDE User ID Management
  • Managing daily user ID request (creation/modification) within assigned SLA
  • Perform User ID Review within SLA as per Group IT Security Policy and Guidelines


  • Others
  • Review of mandatory process (User Access Management i.e. Shared Folder & Related system accesses and Functional)
  • To provide support to TL on any assigned task
  • Demonstrate RHB?s governance & compliance throughout task deliverance
  • Support team performance by promoting great teamwork & effective collaboration
  • Continuous guiding, coaching & mentoring team member towards RHB vision.

Formal Education:

Minimum Diploma / Degree




Professional Accreditation:

  • PMP certification or training





Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

  • 1 year experiences in project management and/or
  • 1 year experiences in credit/banking industries and/or
  • 1 year experience in CCRIS management






Other skills required:

Knowledge

  • Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle
  • Understanding of the purpose, value, culture and fundamentals of project management
  • Understanding of banking and change drives benefits for the bank, its customers and other stakeholders

Experience

  • Project management skills and experience in managing project
  • People manager and broad experience in managing teams of different work streams
  • In depth experience of working in a banking environment and change projects
  • Stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization
