o Answers incoming calls following the Amari Brand Standard telephone etiquette.
o Directs call to guest rooms, team members or departments.
o Places outgoing calls.
o Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
o Logs all wakeup call requests and performs wakeup call services.
o Provides information about hotel services to guests.
o Understand the telephone operator FCS system operations.
o Understand and aware the action to take when an emergency call is required.
o Assist in reporting telephone equipment or services complaints and issues.
o To be fully aware of and adhere of health and safety, fire and bomb threat procedures.
o Ensure to update the latest information at the information board.
o Ensure to protect guest information at all times.
o To be knowledgeable about Onyx Rewards.
