To lead a team of telemarketing agents to perform telemarketing activities such as cross selling all banking products and campaigns to generate leads in order to meet business goals.
To drive and monitor telesales agent performance.
Ability to lead and motivate agents to consistently meet KPI\'s set.
To convert any incoming inquiries via call center to potential sales leads.
To liaise with inter-departments and branches on customers\' enquiries.
To assist Unit Head on any ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirement
Recognized Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
SPM Holders with 3 - 5 years relevant working experience will also be considered.
Possess the passion for sales and marketing.
Those with experience in leading or supervising a team of telemarketing agents are encouraged to apply.
Excellent persuasion skills.
Must be goal oriented and a strong team player.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
Computer literate.
