- Ensure the safety of the area and inform to Prod Area Leader if safety is compromised (including the awareness of operator about safety)
- Take responsibility of products and machine quality in shift.
- Lead CBT1 team briefing, involvement in shift changeover management, shift planning of manpower and component, data entry (output, losses, and breakdowns) SAP and SiSTA. Ensure all process is performed according to a standard that was set by the QM, PI and WI. Ensure the machine are running at up to its capacity
- Overseeing production operator\'s skills and reports to Shift Manager.
Involve in company activity including 5S, MLM, and CBT program
Qualifications
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia(SPM), Good physical, able to read and write, not color blind
