Outlet Supervisor - Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily outlet operations and manage staff scheduling.
Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor inventory, manage stock, and minimize wastage.
Handle customer feedback and ensure high service satisfaction.
Requirements
Tearista / Barista:
Minimum SPM; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Outlet Supervisor:
Minimum SPM; 1-2 years of F&B or retail experience preferred.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
