1. Tech BA cum tester 2. Able to translate business requirement into technical specs for developer coding 3. Able to create test scenario and test cases 4. Able to execute test case 5. Have some technical knowledge on reading logfile and able to run simple query to validate test results 6. Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence 7. Domain knowledge Mandatory : a. Malaysia Retail Loan Origination systems (Personal Loan, Credit Card, Mortgage, OD, Share Margin Financing, Auto Finance) from Origination to Disbursement / Drawdown process , workflow based b. CCRIS / CTOS process c. Underwriting process d. Loan Acceptance e. Loan Documents f. Loan disbursement 8. Domain Knowledge Good to have: a. Loan Operation b. Straight through process flow c. LOS with External partners such as ringgit plus, imoney etc 9. Years of BA experience ->4yrs , Testing experience >6yrs, Technical around 1-2yrs
