Responsibilities:
The key role of a Support Cum Tester in the company is provide help desk assistance and technical support for all types of issues affecting end users, and also responsible for the quality of software development and deployment by involved in performing automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose.
Application Support (Android/ IOS App, Laravel, WordPress & MySQL (Databased))
Analyst and resolve system issues (Individual module or link to other function/ module/system) with minimal guidance from supervisor.
Coordinate with other team with minimal support from supervisor
Provide support on ad-hoc report or query or file
Responsible for routine daily operation
Execute system test for individual function
Develop test script for individual function
Requirements:
1-2+ years IT working experience on following areas: Mobile, Web & MySQL
Has experience in Application Support, troubleshooting application-related problems.
Strong analytical skills
Interpersonal, presentation, communication, negotiations
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external users
Provide support on UAT environment to test functionality of application before migrating to production environment
Able to prepare user manual and related document
