After Sales Support Cum Admin Assistant

Job Description
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Advertising / Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management, PR or equivalent.
- Strong command in English in both writing and speaking. Multilingual candidates are welcomed with proficiency in Mandarin as an advantage.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Preferably start work immediately.
- Fresh graduate/ Intern are welcome to join.
After Sales Support :
- Handling general enquiries,calls, e-mails, comments and complaints from customers.
- Justify the issue by testing the defect products from customers.
- Arrange pick up from supplier and delivery of the replacement units to customers.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce & Sales Team to assist the dealers and customers.
- Coordinate with the technical teams to satisfy after sales service.
- Handle customer comments or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Arrange pick up, delivery and shipment of the goods.
- Prepare and Packing goods when the sales order is received. (Wrapping)
- Delivery goods to the designated drop point centre and dealers.
- In charge of the stock management and ensure the stock is secure.
- Any other task(s) as assigned by superior.
