Job Description


As Operations cum Admin Assistant, you play important role to support our sales & marketing fulfillment process. In addition, you will be responsible to: **Operations**: 1. **Inventory Support**: - Assist in managing timber product inventory, including tracking stock levels and reordering as necessary. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely restocking and distribution. 2. **Logistics and Shipping Assistance**: - Support logistics and shipping activities, including coordinating deliveries and managing shipping schedules. - Assist in ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. 3. **Quality Control Assistance**: - Assist in quality control processes to ensure timber products meet industry standards. - Participate in resolving quality issues or discrepancies. **Administration**: 1. **Office Support**: - Provide general office support, including managing supplies, equipment, and office facilities. - Assist with office maintenance and organization. 2. **Human Resources Support**: - Assist in HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. - Provide support for HR functions like leave management and performance evaluations. 3. **Financial Support**: - Assist in financial administration, including processing invoices, payments, and expenses. - Aid in budget planning and financial reporting. 4. **Document Management**: - Assist in organizing and maintaining company records, contracts, permits, and other documents. - Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements. 5. **Communication and Correspondence**: - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters. - Maintain professional and efficient communication channels. 6. **Vendor and Supplier Relations**: - Assist in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Support negotiations related to contracts, agreements, and procurement terms. What you\'ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Possess minimum 1 years working experience in Administrative role.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Attention to details, good time-management skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
