About the Role

We are looking for a

Tech Lead

to drive system development, technical architecture, and platform reliability across our products and internal systems. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys coding, designing scalable solutions, and guiding a development team while working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design, development, and implementation of systems and platforms Oversee and optimize internal systems including CRM, databases, and cloud infrastructure Drive data migration, automation, and system enhancement initiatives Work closely with Business and Operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Design, develop, and manage API integrations with internal and external partners Review code, improve system architecture, and ensure best engineering practices Troubleshoot, optimize, and future-proof system performance and scalability Manage system security, backups, and reliability Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Minimum

6-8 years of experience

in software development or IT roles Strong hands-on experience with

Python, Node.js, JavaScript

(HTML/CSS is a plus) Solid understanding of

MongoDB

and

PostgreSQL

Experience with CRM systems (custom or commercial) and data migration

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions Experience in full-stack development and cloud-based architectures Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Plus Points

Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

, microservices, and API-driven systems Familiarity with

Docker

and

Kubernetes

Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy

Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams

Cloud or Agile certifications
