As a Tech Lead, you'll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, leading a talented team of engineers while staying hands-on with code, architecture, and delivery. You'll set the technical direction, coach your team, and ensure every solution we ship is scalable, secure, and built to last.

About the Role

You'll lead from both the front line and the whiteboard, shaping technical solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across our platform stack. From architecture and design to implementation and performance optimization, you'll make the big calls that define how our technology evolves.

Note:

How You'll Make an Impact



Lead a team of full-stack engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions



Set and uphold technical standards, workflows, and architecture best practices



Drive development of our core platform to enhance performance and customer experience



Make key technical decisions on design, tools, and implementation strategies



Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business teams to align priorities



Research emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to stay ahead of industry trends



Coach, mentor, and develop team members through code reviews and continuous feedback



Ensure code quality, performance, and security through robust testing and CI/CD practices



Solve complex technical and operational challenges with clear, scalable solutions

Skills and Experiences:

Who We're Hoping to Find



5+ years of experience in software engineering or a similar technical leadership role



Strong background in full stack development (Node.js or C# .NET, React.js, Next.js, Nest.js, TypeScript)



Proven experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native design



Skilled in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and web application architecture



Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills



Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities



Experience managing small to medium-sized development teams



Extra Points if You Have



Exposure to financial services, trading, or fintech environments



Experience integrating payment gateways, Salesforce, MT4/MT5, or KYC/AML systems



Familiarity with PHP, Docker, Redis, MongoDB, Python, or DevOps tools



Understanding of infrastructure as code (AWS CDK) and microservices architecture
