Lead and manage project delivery activities end to end from requirement gathering, development, testing support, implementation and post implementation support. Processes Ensure project is implemented on time, within budget and with quality. Ensure technology deployment in new project is fully meeting group level compliance and local regulatory requirement. Continuously improve the project quality and reduce project implementation cost Contribute idea on how to use technology to help business drive the revenue target. Fulfilled audit and risk management requirement of the project undertaken. People and Talent Assist team members to increase overall quality & productivity of team. Backed up each other in the event of the others not available for certain task Coach new/existing team members on system flow, domain knowledge and bank&rsquos standard and procedures Risk Management Ensure appropriate and increased attention is paid to the risk elements, which include ensuring security, regulatory and audit requirements are met Outstanding risks are followed through till closure Proactive identification and management of risks Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct. Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications Required: Working level professional knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL with Oracle database Good knowledge on Unix Shell scripting Working knowledge of core JAVA, JSP servlets Understanding of development methodologies, phases and milestones. Understanding of configuration management, production deployment processes, post production support activities. Very good analytical skills to understand &lsquoAS-IS\' business processes. Candidate must be capable of and willing to scrutinise system through all available means (technical and non-technical) to gather data on AS-IS process. Candidate must be able to communicate with business and stakeholders to understand problem, explain solutions and in general exchange information. Role Specific Competencies Theoretical knowledge on IBM WebSphere application server and three tier web application Past experience of developing CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins Automation test development with Selenium Past experience of working on data migration, server upgrade, technology upgrade projects Working experience on mutual funds, fixed income and bancassurance products.
