Under direct supervision, demonstrates knowledge and understanding of applicable science and technology gained through formal education and work experience. Demonstrates knowledge of existing and emerging technology within consulting focus area(s). Understands, can articulate and apply mainstay process for assignment delivery. Understands individual value contribution to project teams. Effectively plans and manages own workload to meet desired service level targets. Has limited involvement in business development activities. Has a basic understanding of consulting practice development, project delivery and business development. Consistently demonstrates appropriate objection handling capability and is able to understand and effectively resolve basic assignment delivery issues. Completion of an undergraduate degree in a STEM discipline required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Possession of a graduate degree in a STEM discipline preferred. Minimum of 1 years of experience in related project work. No experience is necessary if the individual has a related graduate degree.
