About the Role We are looking for a Talent Sourcer with a strong background in technical recruitment. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies for high-demand technical positions. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top talent across engineering, data, product, and design.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans* Own end-to-end sourcing for technical and niche roles, including talent mapping and market research* Post job ads on relevant platforms and manage inbound applications* Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing channels* Develop tailored outreach strategies that prioritize personalization and diversity* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments* Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and consolidate feedback* Track sourcing metrics and share market insights to advise stakeholders*
Requirements
6+ years of experience in recruitment with at least 2 years focused on technical roles (engineering, data, product, or design)* Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill or senior-level tech positions* Familiar with Singapore's hiring landscape and employment regulations* Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)* Comfortable using ATS/CRM platforms to manage candidates* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment*

Experience supporting international tech hiring* Exposure to building scalable sourcing strategies or frameworks*
