Join our innovating Engineering team You will act as technical reference point for a specific Customer, Region or CS contract. You will be responsible for technical coordination of main and complex cases resolution and leading a multidisciplinary team. As a Technical Account, you will be responsible for: Leading the technical cases resolution supporting the global Engineering Experts. Coordinating multidisciplinary Engineering team and assuring a proactive approach in line with Customer\'s expectation. Maintaining an operating rhythm with Customer and Site personnel on product and engineering matters. Proposing reliability improvement opportunities for the Site fleet. This includes reporting feedbacks to the BHGE Design Engineers for products improvements opportunities. Providing or discussing with Customer maintenance recommendation based on fleet operating experience, review maintenance operations and practices to improve availability. Scouting Upgrades opportunities with Customer, support Business during ITR phases, be technical interfaces with Customer from ITO to Installation. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a BSc. in Engineering or equivalent scientific field. Have significant experience in a project-based Engineering or Service positions for at least 10 years\'. Have competence and experience on main turbomachinery technical disciplines, both for flange to flange and auxiliaries. Have knowledge of BHGE products, mainly Heavy-Duty Gas turbine and applications mainly LNG and Industrial. Be able to travel (up to 30%) domestic and internationally. Have familiarity with failure analysis steps and RCA process.
