Prepare a business proposal and commercial package.
Consolidate the external submission package or documents, which are not limited to market surveys, pre-qualifications, and ITBs.
Lead in the preparation of business proposals. Complete other writing assignments related to marketing, business development, and other in-house projects.
Summarize the contractual terms and finalize the contract details.
Facilitate the flow of operational information to ensure effective execution of contracts.
Prepare minutes of meetings for all commercial and business development discussions and submit to superior for review.
Plan and administer travel requirements for the operational department i.e. accommodation/ transportation/ travel documentation/ flight scheduling, reservation, procurement of air tickets in the most cost effective and timely manner and in line with the approved policies and procedures and budget.
Maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders of the business by communicating effectively with them to sustain business rapport.
Prepare venue, meeting and training documents including agenda & Minutes of Meeting.
Undertake other relevant job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.
Requirements
At least 2 years of working experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Strong project management experience.
Self-motivated, learns quickly, anticipates needs, works independently and has demonstrated the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
Proficient in the use of spreadsheet and the whole Microsoft office suite.
Proficient in the use of the internet for research.
