- Accountable for provisioning applications and ensuring their continued functionality.
- Work together to enhance service delivery with other technical teams such as professional services consultants, software developers, architects, and product owners.
- Assume responsibility for the deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrading phases of the entire application life cycle.
- Create and manage the platforms and toolkits required for application environment deployment, alerting, monitoring, and logging.
- Keeping an eye on technical KPIs and making sure that improvement plans are in place.
- Expertise in engineering using Linux and public clouds (AWS)
- having experience automating, running, and managing a difficult operational environment that prioritises performance and stability
- Preferably, you should have prior experience using the tools we use: Ansible
- Having knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, MariaDB, and Couchbase
