About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our busy team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate from the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) field to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be a core part of our project delivery, supporting the Head of Department in all technical aspects. You will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings, assisting with project proposals, and ensuring our technical standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and draft technical drawings in AutoCAD for building works, infrastructure (e.g., fiber), and traffic management plans.

2. Prepare a wide range of technical drawings, including preliminary, schematic, submission, tender, construction, and as-built drawings.

3. Assist in creating proposal materials, including drawings, graphics, images, and documentation.

4. Conduct site visits to perform site measurements and collect essential project data.

5. Maintain and manage internal AutoCAD standards and Revit Family libraries.

6. Extract key information and requirements from guidelines, regulations, and tender documents.

7. Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Department, ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Required Software:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office, and Canva.

Advantageous:

Experience with BIM, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Project, or 3D Max.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
