Job Details: Position : Technical Assistant (Mechanical / Electrical) Company Industry : FMCG Working Hours : Monday to Friday ( 3 shift rotation) (7am - 3pm) (3pm - 11pm) (11pm - 7am) Working Duration : 1 year tenure with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable upon performance) Salar y: From RM2500- RM3500 Requirements: Related to mechanical / technical backgrounds Experience candidates are preferred Able to write and read (English and Bahasa) Basic computer skills Good demonstration of problem solving and communication skills Self-motivated, proactive and willingness to learn Minimum Diploma / 1-2 years working experience. Responsibility Electrical / Mechanical Ensure minimal downtime to production. Reduction of downtime. Support shift technician and shift operators in equipment setting. Improve and maintain work safety. Ensure all manufacturing equipment and processes meet the EHS & GMP requirements. Prevention of non-conformities. Complete assigned PM during the shift, complete the checklist and feedback issues to Technical Specialist. Areas Covered: Plant wide electrical and purified water system. To keep abreast of new technology, among other means, is by direct communication with other Kenvue Affiliates, have in-depth knowledge of products/raw material in order to provide technical support for new product introduction or cost improvement projects. Proactively pursue self-learning to complete the competency requirement as per Competency model. Be a team member. Ensure plant wide electrical preventive and predictive maintenance is scheduled and executed accurately by utilizing the MAXIMO system. Maintain high level EHS compliance to achieve zero hours lost time. Prevent nonconformities in daily tasks by achieving \'First Time Right Concept\' in daily tasks. (Repeating breakdowns target = 0 hours) Keep equipment maintenance activity logs, filling of documents and checklist all up to date in maintenance workshop. Support other functions if required. Continuously analyze and update equipment performance in collaboration with the technical assistants and operators during the shift to identify issues and improvement opportunities. Lead team in troubleshooting and improvement activity on repetitive problem & downtime breakdowns. Update ECMMS promptly for all activity in the plant. No job should be carried out without a work order issued. Maintain and manage the spare part store with high security, by recording all parts that are taken out and inform to technical specialist. Organize & attend daily shift meeting with production supervisor/team leader and shift technicians. Prepare and deliver shift report. Maintain cleanliness of the workshop in line with the Kenvue 7S housekeeping standard. Position key measures will be measured also by, innovative solutions implemented, wastes improvement, cost savings/avoidance, efficiency gain, and by improving the opposite trade skill.
