Job Description
This job is responsible to perform daily checking of all MYTV\'s equipment in the Network Management System (NMS) and assist to provide 24/7 support to MYTV\'s Service Operation Centre(SOC) to ensure DTT services operate without any errors or alarms
- Assist to provide 24/7 support to MYTV\'s SOC on 1st-level remote technical support
- Assist to provide 24/7 support for the central region and immediately respond to any ticket raised by MYTV SOC
- Support Central Region for second-level Corrective Maintenance (CM) work
- Daily logs checking in Network Management Request (CMR) in any operation occasion and assist in alerting for commercial announcements during DTT outage incidents and planned maintenance
- Monitor and document all trouble tickets raised by MYTV\'s SOC via Customer Management System (CMS)
- Diploma of Enginerring in Electrical/ IT/ Telecommunication
- Minimum experience at least 1-2 years experience in first and second level SOC Support
- Competencies: Problem solving, creative and critical thinking, communication, teamwork and multi tasking
- Required skills: Data analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
