Job Description

Assist in the improvement, maintenance and repair works of building and assets at VDC Serendah, VDC Segambut and Ceranamas Car Park. Keeps equipement operarting by following operation instructions , trubleshooting breakdown, maintaining supplies, performing preventing maintenance, calling for repairs. Upkeep of bulildings, grounds and equipment. Responsible for maintaning electrical, plumbing Mechanical and related system. Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws ordinances, statutes regulations, rules, policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Maintain inspection and repair records. Does general repairs such as painting, patching wall and security hardware. Maintain inventory of necessary parts and equipment. Coordinates or install, inspect, repairs and maintain the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related system Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities Abiltiy to install, inspect, repair and maintain the electrical plumbing and other related systems Schedule preventive maintenance on a regular schedule. Skills in researching and gathering information related to vendors, contractors, equipment and supplies. Skills in proper use of tools, chemical, equipement, machinery and techniques in the construction, maintenance and repair. SS activities on day to to basis

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
