Job Description

Responsible for both development and implementation of short and long term solutions to information technology (IT) needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure and the management of the IT infrastructure within an organization. Support daily IT operation including end point client, printer, and networks. Provide support and advise to the end user over face to face or remote to the end user computer. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. Replacing IT hardware parts as required and take care of hardware asset inventory & lifecycle management. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Work with IT personnel to execute IT projects, installation and provide technical support for business system. Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Responding within agreed time limits to service incidents and requests. Working continuously on a ticket until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). Prioritizing and organize multiple tasks efficiently. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users and other professionals. Explore and evaluating new technology.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
