Requirements

Our Client is the largest telecommunication & network provider in Malaysia. The position will be base in the Client\'s office in Bangsar.

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Telecommunication/Network or any other related field
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
• Willing to work on shift (3 cycle shift - Day & Night)

• To update and coordinate PMW activity (Plan Maintenance Work) for network maintenance for KKMM (MERS 999)
• To do network performance for all sites under KKMM (MERS 999)
• To ensure the workstation at every MERS site are tested and well function.
• To control incoming calls from customers and make problem diagnose regarding customers complaint with immediate assistance.
• To monitor the alarm and taking immediate action for any problem occur relating to MERS 999 system including application, appliances, channel, vandalism, and power supply.
• To act as technical support team level 1 in diagnosing problem to ensure complete and accurate information are recorded into the system for documentation.
• To communicate with the 2nd and 3rd level of technical support team in ensuring all cases are reported and observed in timely manner in completing time cycle.
• To do all maintenance works for MERS 999 system (application, channels, and appliances)
