Remote Configuration & Commissioning

-Apply firmware updates, adjust image-capture parameters (focus, exposure, illumination) and manage device settings via remote access tools.
-Arranging and assisting in giving step-by-step instructions to on-site personnel for camera placement.

System Monitoring & Preventive Maintenance

-Monitor performance dashboards and logs to track uptime, error codes and capture rates.
-Schedule and execute routine maintenance tasks remotely (e.g., software patching, parameter refreshes).
-Proactively identify potential issues and implement configuration changes to maintain optimal performance.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

-Diagnose software and network-related faults (connectivity drops, capture failures) using command-line and GUI tools.
-Resolve Tier-1 incidents directly; escalate complex cases to engineering teams with detailed diagnostic reports.
-Coordinate emergency support during critical system outages, liaising with on-site staff or technicians.

Communication with Operations Managers

-Liaising with the respective Operations Managers regarding system or technical issues, and coordinating necessary arrangements and support.

Required Qualifications

?Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
?1-2 years' experience supporting CCTV or machine-vision camera systems in a remote or office-based role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
