About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance & Quality Control Assistant to support our quality management team in ensuring that all products and processes meet established standards of quality. This role is integral to maintaining product integrity, compliance with industry regulations, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Testing:

Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform laboratory tests on samples, including chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses. Monitor calibration of equipment and measuring devices to maintain accuracy.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Prepare and submit reports on quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken.

Compliance & Standards:

Assist in ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Process Monitoring & Improvement:

Observe production processes to identify potential quality issues. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed.

Training & Support:

Assist in training new staff on quality control procedures and standards. Provide support in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum of a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Industrial background preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
