Job Description

The report the Head of Department (Development) on all development matters.

To be apart of APQP team for development of new project with assist Project Leader by providing technical assistant & verification for new product.

To joint new tooling trial for verify part and tooling condition, part accuracy and confirmation to the drawing. and establish and compile parameter for every trial run. To establish and compile parameter for every trial run.

To prepare SOP/WI for all new product development. Responsible for preparation of PSW/PPAP/APPROVAL documentation from initial stage of new project. To compile all drawing for part, jig drawing far all new part development.

To deal with customer on the quality issue during development. To monitor closely the part sample submission from supplier and ensure part as per drawing . To prepare PSI or PPRS related to new project development.

To compile PQCM & SPTT document. to establish Localization part testing list as per customer requirement & monitor on data compilation for approval.

To assist in the parts development documentation compliance to TS16949 requirements.

To supervise, guide and monitor D&D Technician or respective functions of subordinates in development of Inspection jig, Assembly jig and process jig.

Requirement :

-Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

-1-2 years experience in Quality (fresh graduate encourage to apply)
