Technical Assistant
Job Description
for Technical Assistant:
?To be responsible for installation & maintenance, testing, labelling and packing product as per customer's requirement.
?To conduct IQC and FQC of product in order to ensure product quality meet the company/customer's compliances and requirements.
?To support technical investigation on defect after sales and contractual service for warranty claim.
?To check, arrange, manage and update inventory accordingly time to time.
?To prepare, email and follow up defect warranty claim
?Others duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
?Diploma / Certification in Electrical or related field. Or related experiences.
?Proficiency in basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
?Able to work extra hours and be on standby when required
?Multi-tasking and able to work independently with minimum guidance
?Possess own transport (Class B2 & D)
?PW Certificate holders will have an added advantage
?Willing to travel outstation (when necessary)
?Preferably : Male candidates
?Expected start work : Immediately

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
