Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform minor building, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary (e.g replace light bulbs, locks, lighting points/switches, paint touch-up, water heater, carpentry etc) Keep proper records of service reports, work reports and item inventories. To provide efficient and effective technical to support the buildings maintenance work and maintaining general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas within required standards. To pre-plan monthly maintenance schedule for all centres. Conduct general upkeep procedures, e.g aircond cleaning/service etc. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. Implement preventive maintenance measures (e.g aircond, plumbing, electrical, etc). Work cooperatively with other units/departments of the organisation to ensure that the needs of maintenance issues are being addressed. Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
Qualification & Requirement
Candidate must possess atleast SPM / any Professional Certificate/Diploma in related field. At least 3 years of working experiences. Committed and dedicated.
